Join Kayla for this five week series of pop up classes!

Elemental Flow is a series of five classes that each offer a unique vinyasa sequence; use of mudras, meditation and pranayama inspired by one of the five elements. Fire, Water, Air, Earth and Space.

Take one class or the entire series. All levels class welcome! Class is warm (80-85 degrees).

WHEN: Friday March 27th, April 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 24th. 6-7pm
