After a decade of being a stone mason for a living, I began to experience physical limitations from the repetitive motion of my profession. The overuse of some muscles, and under-use of other muscles resulted in an overall restriction in my range of motion. My physical body was out of balance. Simultaneously, other parts of my life began to feel out of balance. I needed a tune-up in many aspects of my life.

I went to my first yoga class and was moved on every level – physically, mentally and more. I began to experience the sense of balance that I was looking for and needed. The more I practiced, the more I felt the sense of alignment and balance. Over time the principles I established on my mat, through my practice, began to appear in my day to day life.
I started to understand that yoga was, and continues to have, a deep impact in how I move through life.

When you attend my class, my goal is to give you a meaningful and uplifting experience that will help you move easier physically and will also make it easier to move through your life.
